This website is operated by Alesia Kieffer, a real estate broker with Nostalgic Homes Group at Compass. It is a mostly static site; this page describes exactly what it collects and why.

What we collect

Contact forms

When you submit a form on this site you provide your name, email address, phone number (optional), what you are interested in, and your message. We also record the page you sent it from, the time, and — via our hosting provider — your approximate country and IP address, which are used only to filter spam and abuse.

Submissions are delivered to Alesia Kieffer by email and stored for up to 30 days in Cloudflare’s KV storage so that nothing is lost if an email fails. They may also be forwarded to a customer-relationship system used by Alesia or Compass to follow up with you. They are not sold and are not shared with advertisers.

Spam protection

Forms may be protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which evaluates browser signals to distinguish people from bots. Turnstile does not show ads or track you across sites; see Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is privacy-first: it does not use cookies, does not fingerprint devices, and does not track you across websites. It reports aggregate page views, referrers, countries and Core Web Vitals.

Cookies

This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. If Turnstile is enabled it may set a strictly necessary cookie for the duration of the challenge.

Third parties

  • Cloudflare hosts the site, runs the contact-form worker, stores submissions temporarily and provides analytics.
  • Resend (when configured) transmits form emails to Alesia Kieffer.
  • Links to Compass, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and Google Maps take you to those services, which have their own privacy policies.

Your choices

You can contact Alesia directly by phone or email instead of using the form. To ask what information we hold about you, or to have it deleted, email alesia@nostalgichomes.com.

Fair housing

Alesia Kieffer and Compass abide by federal, state and local fair-housing laws. We do not use the information you provide to discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, disability, familial status, national origin, or any other protected class.

Changes

If the site starts collecting anything new, this page will change first.
