Alesia really saved us last year. We were unexpectedly carrying two mortgages as our condo sat on the market for 5 months without a single offer using a different relator. Since she sold two other units in our building during that time, it was clear that we had to reach out to Alesia before we made our next decision. When I called her out of the blue, she was already familiar with our property. We talked for an hour. By our next meeting, she provided a gameplan with specific instructions and a timeline for what we needed to do to the property to sell it ahead of the holidays. To save time and money, she told us what we should and shouldn’t do ourselves. She either coordinated the updates herself or put us in contact with an affordable handyperson who could. She provided links to product replacements (lighting fixtures, shower heads, etc.) and had some clever ideas regarding window coverings that would help the unit show better. The stager she chose was incredible. We barely recognized the photos of our condo. Her expertise was the difference in selling the condo. On the marketing side, she really worked our property for us. She visited the unit before all showings often during maintenance (in heels) to make sure it was showing its best. She generated more foot traffic in the first few weeks than we had in the previous 5 months. Despite our eagerness to sell, she still managed to negotiate with the buyer on the back end.

I had a great experience with Alesia who represented my property for a sale. It had been rented, the tenants decided to break the lease and had moved out! Not an ideal situation at all especially considering that I no longer lived in town. So finding new long term tenants was going to challenging since I no longer lived in Denver and like to take my time selecting tenants. Offering the [condo] for sale seemed like the route to go given my circumstances. Not what I had originally planned, but what seemed to make the most sense. Alesia helped prepare the [condo] for showings and went above and beyond to make the process as quick as possible by properly staging the [condo] and did a fabulous job negotiating the deal.
